One of my favorite Hellboy stories is the one he battles a Kappa in Japan. To me, some of the best Hellboy work was in a Chained Coffin and the Right Hand of Doom. I love the almost fairy tail / mythological story and I feel Hellboy (and how it’s written and stylized) works best in that shorter format.

I never read the Hellboy vs. Kappa story…which book was that one in? I remember the one where he went up against the disembodied head ghosts. Hmm.
