No 135: Other Bat
Other Bat tells how Bat was kidnapped by Lightning Knight.
I’m at PAX East and this is a scheduled post! I hope everybody has a fun weekend.

As embarrassing as it is to admit it, I think I’m developing a fanboy crush on Dee. She’s just so cute. Hell, everybody’s cute in this comic, even the undead abominations. ESPECIALLY the undead abominations.

I know! Me too. Sorry for the lack of updates, everybody. FedEx ROYALLY screwed me over this week and has been causing much stress, and unfortunately it has taken up most of my free time outside of work…I should have some new updates this coming week. Cross your fingers for me.

I know…sorry! Life has been running pretty heavy for a while and keeping me busy. I do have some new comics stuff coming together that I hope Imaginary Monsters readers will enjoy. Apart from that, I am looking forward to returning to Imaginary Monsters soon! I appreciate everybody’s comments, even though some sound pretty stressed.

The comic itself isn’t stressful. It’s just when it gets tumbled up in a full time job, freelance, wedding planning, and travel that things can get tricky :] I’m not complaining though. I’d be happy if I had a loyal core of readers that don’t mind occasional disruptions in update schedules, but I understand that runs counter to what a lot of webcomics readers expect.
To those who are frustrated with imaginarymonsters.com: I’m sorry, but it is what it is.
To those who are happily looking forward to updates, but in the meantime have picked up a new hobby or found a productive outlet for their time not reading this comic: Good on you! I appreciate you and I’ll have some good things for you soon.

Happily looking forward to an update! Oh, and I haven’t forgotten about Lightning Knight. That dude is bound to show up any time now.
